Heart Day….

I don't know where to even start with this blog entry….So thankful and happy to be able to do this photoshoot…Ava, sisters, LOVE, William….how do I even begin to express our gratitude, love and sadness that this was able to happen…William…Today is National Organ Donor Day…to you and your parents we are forever grateful for the gift you have given us.  You will forever be in our hearts.
